Supporting Others: The Borodin Quartet at the Library of Congress

On March 22nd, the Borodin Quartet, renowned for their interpretations of Shostakovich’s string quartets, will be performing a free concert in the Library of Congress. The program includes Nikolai Myaskovsky’s  String Quartet no. 13 in A minor, Shostakovich’s String Quartet no. 13 in B-flat major, and Alexander Borodin’s String Quartet no. 2 in D major. Preceding the concert, Doctor Kevin Bartig, a musicology professor at Michigan State University, will give a related lecture regarding the performance. More information can be found here:
